• All lessons require advance payment.
• Cancellations made by the day before the lesson are eligible for rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for customer-initiated cancellations.
• If the lesson is canceled by the instructor, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
